Francesco Limone
Francesco Limone was born in 1973 and founded the Junior Consulting program in 2003. He has renowned experience in telecommunication and media consulting and is an expert in training, soft-skills, and coaching.
His previous experience includes working for Accenture. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the MIP in Milan, executive program. Mr. Limone also graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from Naples University Federico II.
Luigi de Costanzo
Luigi de Costanzo was born in 1976 and joined Junior Consulting in 2003. Over the past 5 years, he has worked with clients in areas such as: technology strategy, organization and business process improvement. A common denominator of his experience is working closely with management teams and operative teams to meet the challenges of aligning client requirements to efficient solutions.
His previous experience includes working for Procter and Gamble in their London office, ELIS NGO. Mr. de Costanzo also graduated with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University Federico II in Naples.
Ugo Papagni
Ugo Papagni was born in 1976 and joined the Junior Consulting team in 2005. He has five years of experience in executive consulting in the telecommunications and media fields. Mr. Papagni is a marketing, organizational structure, and billing expert. He holds a degree in Economics from Naples Partenophe University and has additional past experience working at Accenture.

Luca Cinquepalmi
Luca Cinquepalmi was born in Rome in 1976 and has worked at the Consulting Academy since 2004 where he focuses on strategic marketing and organizational structure consulting activities. He specializes in the telecommunications, media, and utilities industries. Mr. Cinquepalmi also currently runs the managerial training activities for Consel.
His previous experience includes working as a consultant at the General Economic and Finance Directors’ office at the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry. He graduated with a degree in International Economics. Mr. Cinquepalmi also holds a Masters degree in Communications as well as specialization courses in project management, business process reengineering, change management, relational communication, and neuron-linguistic programming.
Gennaro Galdo
Gennaro Galdo was born in 1978 and joined the Consulting Academy in 2003. He is a telecommunications engineering graduate from La Sapienza University in Rome.
In the past, he has worked on multiple projects for Italian and multinational companies. Mr. Galdo has experience in the telecommunications and media sectors and has a comprehensive knowledge of the networking and technical innovations areas. He has also worked on content management and organizational structure projects.
Gianluca Sabatini
Gianluca Sabatini was born in 1977 and started working with the Consulting Academy in 2004. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tor Vergata University in Rome.
His past experience includes consulting work in the computer science and telecommunications and media fields. Mr. Sabatini is a networking and Java instructor for the Italian CISCO Academy Training Center and the Sun Academic Initiative. In addition, he is working to develop innovation technologies and to improve his skills in enterprise management and organizational development.
Gianluca Sartori
Gianluca Sartori was born in 1979 and joined the Consulting Academy in 2004. Over the past six years, he has develop his expertise in object oriented software design and new media services and architecture. Mr. Sartori is a certified Java instructor for the SUN Academic Initiative and UNIX instructor at the Italian CISCO Academy Training Center in Rome.
His past experience includes working for VERO International Software in Venice, Italy, Adastral Park BT Innovation Labs in Ipswitch, UK, and ELIS Consortium in the new technologies department in Rome, Italy. Mr. Sartori holds a degree in Multimedia Languages and Technologies.
