Students
Requirements for applications:
• At most 3 courses left to take (at the beginning of the projects).
• Minimum B+ average overall (GPA 3.3).
• Maximum age: 26 for economics majors and 27 for engineering majors (Students on a full-time track).
In general, we select our participants from the 5 year degree who are writing a thesis in marketing, strategy, or information technology.
Consulting projects
The Junior Consulting projects are commissioned by companies that are part of the Consorzio Elis.
The Team Leaders
Each team is composed of three members and is led by a team leader who is a professional consultant of the Consulting Academy. The team leader is responsible for ensuring the quality of the work and the deliverables as well as the interaction with the client company. There is also a coaching relationship between the student and the team leader.
Training in Junior Consulting
On-the-job training is something increasingly present in many large companies, especially for internet technology professionals. Junior Consulting offers a specific training program.
Deliverables
The project objectives met during the six months of the Junior Consulting program are presented as deliverables. The project ends with a presentation of the results to the company that commissioned it.
Placement
The success of Junior Consulting can be seen from the placement statistics: 65% of our students find jobs before graduating while 99% are employed within three months of graduation.
