Corporate case study

The projects for Best Practice Lab are commissioned by large companies.
They study an industry-leading company practice currently in use which is analysed and then formalised in the form of a case study.
See the projects done already (projects).

Team Leader

Each team is composed of three members and is led by a Team Leader, a professional consultant of Consulting Academy, who is responsible for ensuring the quality of the work and the deliverables as well as the interaction with the client company.

Training in BPL

In contemporary companies, a horizontal training is required. To complete the university education, Best Practice Lab offers a specific training programme.

Deliverables

The main results of the BPL programme are:

1. A detailed and critical analysis of the company practice, the elaboration of a case study which relates in a synthetic manner the essence of the best practice.

2. A seminar for each case study led by corporate leaders inclined to discuss the best practice in a group of professionals and academics.

3. A book that collects the case studies written by the students and then discussed by the academics.

Duration and place

The analysis phase and the formalisation of the best practices which also includes the training courses lasts a total of 3 months. Each edition generally begins in January and June and includes 4 projects for a total of 12 students. The projects are done between the offices of the Consulting Academy in Rome at the centro ELIS and the companies that participate in the programme.
