Individual Coaching
The project managers are responsible for the development of the members of their team. There is a scheduled evaluation meeting with each team member every two months.
The Evaluation model has the following parameters:
Efficient communication: listening, efficiency, style
Effort: reliability, responsability, added value
Cooperation: flexibility, motivation, synergy
Personal efficiency: time management, unique contribution, problem solving
During the meeting, the team members also evaluate their project manager. The evaluation is sent directly to the programme manager who uses it in his coaching meeting with them.
