BPL is a free training programme aimed at students doing a 1st level degree of University in technical and economic faculties.
The selected students would live a real professional experience at one of our partner companies. More precisely, they would be doing a three month internship during which they would study and analyse a corporate best practice. This would then be formalised in the form of a case study and published at the end of the programme.
The students would be working in a team headed by a project manager, who would be responsible for guiding the work group providing support and a work method.
For the students who are yet to graduate from the Ist level degree, there is another advantage - you can write your thesis based on the work developed during the project.
The main phases of the BPL programme are:
- Collection: the corporate best practices are analysed by the students directly at the company
Parties: the team of students, a university researcher, Consel project manager, corporate manager.
Output: case study - Presentation: the case studies analysed by the students would be presented and discussed during seminars/workshops.

Output: workshops on the case studies. - Formalization: the case studies are published in a book published by Franco Angeli.
